2014 Shandong Xinzhong（Yellow River）Racing Pigeon Center Rule
Shandong Xinzhong Racing Pigeon Center relies on the pleasant ecological environment of National Nature Reserve in Yellow River Delta and possesses the gold race line along Yellow River in Shandong Area! Based on the top racing pigeon cultivation, training and competition facilities in the province, in line with the loft objective of equity, justice and publicity, the center devotes to create the provincial top-ranked and national well-known pigeon racing platform!

Preliminary contest: 300 kilometre (±5% kilometer) Shandong Yanggu. Time: Last third of October
Finals: 500 kilometre (±5% kilometer) Henan Kaifeng. Time: First third of November
Entries Requested
◇All racing pigeon enthusiasts admitting the rules can sign up.
◇Participating pigeons must wear the official toe ring acknowledged by 2014 national and regional racing pigeons organization.
◇Participating pigeons must be 25-45 days old healthy dovelets.
◇The loft will inject vaccines for the racing pigeons uniformly, please note the injected pigeons.
◇No matter how much the charges for pigeons is, the bonuses will be provided.
◇The rule is deemed as the contract between two parties, which will take effect as soon as the owner put pigeons in the center. Both parties should perform the rule provisions.
◇Participating pigeons will wear an electron ring and put into the observation room. The toe ring numbers will be issued on the internet at the same day.
Time and Site to Receive Pigeons
Time to receive pigeons: From March 1 2014 to July 1, 2014. All day service, not rest in holidays.
Site to receive pigeons: Shandong Xinzhong Racing Pigeon Center, nonlocal pigeon friends can transport their pigeons by air to Jinan Yaoqiang Airport or Dongying Airport, or consign by train or long-distance bus, but they need to notify the center to receive. Pigeon friends inside and outside the province can make telephone appointments to collect pigeons.

Entry Fee
The Entry Fee is 1800 yuan, feeding expense is 200 yuan, total 2000 yuan for each pigeon. After 100 kilometers training, pigeon owners should pay all entry fees for pigeons under the same name according to the actual storage pigeons, probing pigeons with hand. The pigeons whose entry fee hasn’t been paid are not allowed to attend the contest and transferred. For pigeons that return later, the loft should notify the owner to make up the entry fee. Those who don’t pay are not allowed to participate in the contest.
Racing Method
Strictly execute the pigeons racing rules issued by Chinese Pigeon Association, code of arbitrage，pigeon loft rule and this rules.
Competition judges of each contest are appointed by Shandong Province Pigeon Association and City Pigeon Association, responsible for collecting pigeons, liberation, supervision and result examination. Grade rank should be based on electronic scanning rank. In case of failure, the grade rank should be based on scene judgment. Period of validity for finals is from the first pigeon homing till the end of sunset in the following day. The not fully reported pigeons of the rank of the homing pigeons or the remaining awards for not homing pigeons should be evenly divided by cage pigeons in finals.

8 pigeons a group in team contest; if one people gives pigeons to several groups, the groups should be divided with letter A, B and C (the grouping time is after payment of fees 100 kilometers later. After grouping, the information will be published online and recorded in supervision unit, which shouldn’t be changed later). In the wining ranks in finals, the group having more homing pigeons will win. If the homing pigeons are equal, the first one wining the prize will be the winner.

The comprehensive grade in the two contest (the whose total time of two stations is less will win) will be given a trophy.

Winning Pigeons’ Auction
Award-giving meeting and winning pigeons’ auction will be held one week later after photographing all winning pigeons in finals. All rankings in finals should be audited in finals. 60% of earning will be given to the pigeon owner and 40% will be given to the Loft. The winning pigeons failing to be audited will be taken back by the owner by paying 40% of the audition base price. Homing pigeons should be got back by the owner free of charge.
The loft will notify the pigeon owner to get all pigeons flying back to the loft after being got back by its owner free of charge.
All awards include no tax, as the tax should be paid to the relevant national sector by the winners.
Management and Training of Racing Pigeons
The loft will apply the most advanced competition scanning system and combine omni-directional electronic monitoring and control system to display lively online for pigeon friends.
After 100 kilometers liberation, the hurt, dead and lost pigeons belong to natural elimination; the loft is not liable for any compensation responsibility.
The loft uses the professional racing pigeon feed which is matched according to the pigeon growing situation scientifically. All precaution and treatment medicine is the sophisticated professional medicine. Vaccinate and expel parasites regularly and implement scientific and standardized management.
Firmly Prohibit Agreement Pigeons
This competition set celebrity champions and celebrity gold finger contest. The automobile challenge match constitution will be introduced later.
This rule shall be interpreted by Shandong Xinzhong Racing Pigeon Center. Unaccomplished matters will be noticed further.
